There are so many wonderful fall books for early readers and story time.
We discovered a few new favorites this year and have loved sharing them over on Instagram this past month.
"The Very Last Leaf" and "Leif and the Fall" have messages of courage and taking chances -- appealing to everyone from five-year-olds to 95-year-olds.
"Goodnight Goon" is just irresistible if you love the classic by Margaret Wise Brown.
"Ghost Afraid of the Dark" is just beautiful to look at -- my kids love this one before bedtime.
"The Biggest Pumpkin Ever" by Steven Kroll has the feel of books I remember reading as a kid. My kids giggle and we end by brainstorming how we can work as a team.
"The Good, the Bad & the Spooky" is new to our collection and fits perfectly with all of Jory John and Pete Oswald's other books.
"Sweep" is so bright and perfect if you find yourself getting moody as the days get shorter. Sometimes life feels overwhelming, but we always have a choice on how to see the challenge.
Do you have any favorite fall books in your collection? We love scouring the library shelves with each new season looking for something new!
We hope your weekend is filled with apple cider donuts, cozy slippers and loved ones!
